Over the past decade, working in mental health has taught me one essential lesson: the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy.  As a therapist and a client myself, I understand that true growth can only happen when there’s a genuine connection and trust between the therapist and the client.

Although I’ve been trained in various evidence-based modalities, I’ve realized that the most crucial aspect of therapy is the rapport between the client and the therapist. To that end, as therapists, we must continue doing our inner work and therapy to better serve our clients. We must recognize that we’re not perfect and on our own journey of growth and discovery. With this in mind, I’m embarking on a new journey to reflect these fundamental principles in my work.

To all my clients, past and present, thank you for being my greatest teachers and helping me evolve as a therapist and a human being. To my fellow therapists seeking EMDR consultation, I want to build a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can bring your cases and questions without fear. Step 1: Making the Connection

We'll embark on this journey by aligning you with a therapist we believe perfectly matches your unique needs. If a specific therapist resonates with you, don't hold back – let us know. We know you might have questions or concerns, and we strongly encourage you to share them. To ensure a seamless process, we offer you the chance to request a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This opportunity allows you to understand the therapist's approach better and decide if it aligns with your goals.

Step 2: Schedule Your Session

Once you've connected and clarified any queries, your therapist will present various options to schedule your initial session. You'll have the flexibility to opt for a virtual or an in-person appointment, aligning with your comfort and convenience.

Step 3: Begin Your Journey

You and your therapist will embark on a mutual discovery process upon attending your scheduled session. This initial meeting will be a collaborative exchange, where you'll explore your objectives and craft a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals. This is also when you will discuss your client confidentiality so you have a clear outline of what to expect.
